Monthly Programme

 

This is a list of the society's monthly events.  They are held on the 4th Thursday of the month except August and December at 7.00 for 7.30 p.m. at the Parish Rooms in the Market Square.

Membership subscriptions are £10.00 per year from January.  Visitors are welcome and asked to contribute £1.00. It may be necessary to book tickets in advance for some events.

Tea and coffee will be available from 7.00 p.m.

16th9.00am to 2.00pm Parish Rooms Mistletoe Market organised by Langport Flower Club. Mistletoe bunches, Christmas arrangements and gifts for sale, raffle for local charity, refreshments.

16th21:00 The White Hart Inn ***Paul Da Vinci Sings Swing & Pop!*** ♥ The Original Rubettes Singer Live Here @ The White Hart Inn ♥ Singer, songwriter, arranger and producer. Paul Da Vinci is best known as the incredible voice on the Rubettes' number one selling single "Sugar Baby Love", which sold over 8 million copies world-wide featuring his three and a half octave voice. Paul sang all the lead vocals on the record, including the high falsetto, and was also lead vocalist on the B side of the record "You could have told me". Recorded at 1.30am Lansdowne Studios, Holland Park, London.
